    AN ACT concerning labor.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Employee Arbitration Act is amended by 
5
changing
Section 8 as follows:

    (820 ILCS 35/8)  (from Ch. 10, par. 30)

    Sec. 8. Service of process or notice.  Any notice or process 
8
issued by
the Department of Labor shall be
served by any 
9
sheriff or coroner to whom it is directed or in whose hands
it 
10
is placed for service.
