AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6415

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6415, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 1, by inserting below line 19 the following:

"(3) "Establishment" means any privately-owned place of business operated for a profit to which the public is invited including but not limited to any place of amusement or entertainment."; and

on page 1, line 20, by changing "(3)" to "(4)"; and

on page 2, line 1, by changing "(4)" to "(5)"; and

on page 2, line 2, by changing "(5)" to "(6)"; and

on page 2, line 8, by changing "(6)" to "(7)"; and

on page 2, line 13, by changing "(7)" to "(8)"; and

on page 2, line 18, by changing "(8)" to "(9)".
