1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6679
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6679 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Enterprise Zone Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 655/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 601)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act ~~shall be known and~~ may be
8 cited as the~~"~~Illinois Enterprise Zone Act~~"~~.
