1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6811
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6811 on page 5, line
3 29, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "This subsection (C-5) applies to a person who committed the
5 offense before June 1, 1996 only if the person is incarcerated
6 in an Illinois Department of Corrections facility on the
7 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General
8 Assembly.".
