1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 64
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 64 on page
3 3, by replacing line 7 with the following:

4 "as study committee members; and be it further

5 RESOLVED, That the study committee shall file a final
6 report, containing its findings and recommendations, with the
7 Governor and the General Assembly no later than January 3,
8 2005.".
