 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 71 on page  4,  by
 3    deleting lines 5 through 7; and

 4    on  page 4, in lines 12, 14, 22, and 23, by changing "animal"
 5    to "exotic mammal" each time it appears; and

 6    on page 4, below line 29, by inserting the following:
 7        "(e)  This Section does not apply to trapping  activities
 8    as otherwise permitted by Illinois law.".
