 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 76

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 76 on page  2,  by
 3    replacing line 18 with the following:
 4        ""Secretary" means the Secretary of Human Services."; and

 5    by  replacing line 32 on page 2 and lines 1 through 3 on page
 6    3 with the following:
 7    "Department in cooperation with the Department on  Aging  and
 8    the State"; and

 9    on  page  3,  lines  11  and 28, by replacing "Director" with
10    "Secretary" each time it appears; and

11    on page 3, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
12    "agencies, including but not limited  to  the  Department  of
13    Human Services, the Department on Aging,"; and

14    on page 4, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
15    "eligibility requirements."; and

16    on page 4, line 18, by replacing "Director" with "Secretary";
17    and

18    on  page 5, line 3, by replacing "Director" with "Secretary";
19    and

20    on page 5, after line 11, by inserting the following:

 1        "Section  40.  Performance  contingent  on  funding.  The
 2    performance of activities required by this Act is  contingent
 3    on  the  appropriation  of funds for the purpose of nutrition
 4    outreach and public education.".
