 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 142

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 142 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following:
 4        "Sec. 4-2.1. Reflective material required.
 5        (a)  Any  watercraft  requiring  numbering  by this State
 6    must be equipped with reflective material, such as reflective
 7    tape, at least one inch wide, on each side of the watercraft,
 8    and visible when the watercraft is in the water.
 9        (b)  The Department shall adopt  rules  for  implementing
10    this Section.".
