 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 289 on page 23, in
 3    line 23, by replacing "." with "., or"; and

 4    on page 23, by inserting the following immediately after line
 5    23:  "(Y) if the ordinance was adopted on November 5, 1984 by
 6    the City of LeRoy."; and

 7    on page 49, by inserting the following immediately after line
 8    20: ", or (Y) if the ordinance was  adopted  on  November  5,
 9    1984 by the City of LeRoy".
