Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(e) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby return Senate Bill 392, entitled “AN ACT in relation to taxes”, with the following specific recommendation for change:

on page 1, line 30, by replacing “and $750,000” with “and (notwithstanding any changes made to this subsection (c) by Public Act 93-32) $750,000”.

With this change, Senate Bill 392 will have my approval.  I respectfully request your concurrence.
