 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 472,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  page and line number references to Senate Amendment No.
 4    1, on page 12 by replacing  lines  20  through  22  with  the
 5    following:
 6    "If after weighing the factors in aggravation and mitigation,
 7    one   or  more  jurors  determines  that  death  is  not  the
 8    appropriate sentence, Unless the jury unanimously finds  that
 9    there are no mitigating"; and

10    on  page  14,  line 27, by inserting "or otherwise recorded",
11    after "photographed".
