Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto ­Senate Bill 633, entitled “AN ACT in relation to aging.”   I recognize and appreciate the hard work of all the sponsors in passing this legislation.  However, Senate Bill 633 contains identical language as Public Act 93-0246, effective July 22, 2003. 

 

For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 633.
