 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1001

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1001, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 9, below line 15, by  inserting  the
 5    following:
 6        "(c)  All  moneys  distributed  by  the Agency under this
 7    Section shall be used only  for  direct  program  management,
 8    education and promotion related to household hazardous waste,
 9    and collection and disposal of household hazardous waste.
10        (d)  All  materials  collected  in  whole or in part with
11    moneys distributed by the Agency under this Section shall  be
12    treated or disposed of in facilities that meet all applicable
13    State  and federal requirements for the treatment or disposal
14    of household hazardous waste.".
