 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1204 on page 1, by
 3    replacing lines 21 through 25 with the following:
 4             "(1)  The  appointment,  employment,   compensation,
 5        discipline,   performance,   or   dismissal  of  specific
 6        employees of the public body or  legal  counsel  for  the
 7        public  body,  including hearing testimony on a complaint
 8        lodged against an employee of the public body or  against
 9        legal  counsel  for  the  public  body  to  determine its
10        validity."; and

11    on page 4, by deleting lines 19 and 20.
