 1        AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Acupuncture Practice Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 20 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 2/20)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)
 8        Sec. 20. Exempt activities.  This Act does  not  prohibit
 9    any  person  licensed  in Illinois this State as a dentist or
10    physician from engaging in the practice for which he  or  she
11    is licensed.
