 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1359  on  page  8,
 3    line  6, after "discount" by inserting "but not a retiree who
 4    had  been  receiving  a  retirement   annuity   pursuant   to
 5    subsection (d) of Section 13-301"; and

 6    on  page  13,  line 1, after "discount" by inserting "but not
 7    the surviving spouse of a retiree who had  been  receiving  a
 8    retirement  annuity  pursuant  to  subsection  (d) of Section
 9    13-301".
