 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1412 on  page  47,
 3    by replacing lines 30 through 32 with the following:
 4             "(1)  an individual acting as the decedent's"; and

 5    on page 48, line 3, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and

 6    on page 48, by inserting after line 5 the following:
 7             "(3)  the  guardian  of the decedent's person at the
 8        time of death,"; and

 9    on page 52, by deleting line 33; and

10    on page 53, line 1 by replacing "(2)" with "(1)"; and

11    on page 53, line 3, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and

12    on page 53, by inserting after line 5 the following:
13             "(3)  the guardian of the decedent's person  at  the
14        time of death;"; and

15    on page 55, by deleting lines 14 and 15; and

16    on page 55, line 16 by replacing "(2)" with "(1)"; and

17    on page 55, line 18, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and

18    on page 55, by inserting after line 20 the following:
19             "(3)  the  guardian  of the decedent's person at the
