 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1471

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1471, on page 6 by
 3    removing  lines  32  and  33  and  replacing  them  with  the
 4    following:

 5    "4-month periods of the year:  July through October, November
 6    through February and March through June.  The owner of" and

 7    on  page  7,  line  3  by  inserting  after  the  period  the
 8    following:

 9    "A farm truck registered under this subsection (c-1) may  not
10    be   registered   for  more  than  2  4-month  periods  in  a
11    registration year." and

12    on page 8, by removing lines 15 and  16  and  replacing  them
13    with the following:

14    "4-month periods of the year:  July through October, November
15    through February and March through June.  The owner of" and

16    after the period in line 20, by inserting the following:

17    "A  farm  trailer  registered under this subsection (a-1) may
18    not be registered for  more  than  2  4-month  periods  in  a
19    registration year.".
