 1        AN ACT in relation to alcohol.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by
 5    changing Section 1-1 as follows:

 6        (235 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 43, par. 93.9)
 7        Sec. 1-1.  Short title.  This Act may  be  cited  as  the
 8    Liquor Control Act of 1934.

10        Section  10.   The  Beer  Industry  Fair  Dealing  Act is
11    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

12        (815 ILCS 720/1) (from Ch. 43, par. 301)
13        Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and  may  be
14    cited as the "Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act".
