 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1543

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1543 on page 1, by
 3    replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:

 4        "Section 1.  Short title. This Act may be  cited  as  the
 5    Abuse Prevention Review Team Act."; and

 6    on page 10, after line 3, by inserting the following:

 7        "Section 75.  Relationship to other Acts. Nothing in this
 8    Act  is  intended to conflict with or duplicate provisions of
 9    other Acts or rules implementing other Acts.".
