 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1648  on  page  1,
 3    line 11, by changing "design" to "pre-construction"; and

 4    on  page  1,  line  15,  by  changing  "registered  landscape
 5    architect" to "licensed land surveyor"; and

 6    on page 7, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
 7             "(6)  the Public Contract Fraud Act;
 8             (7)  the Illinois Construction Evaluation Act; and
 9             (8)  the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989,
10        the  Professional  Engineering  Practice Act of 1989, the
11        Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989, and  the
12        Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.".
