 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1864

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1864, on  page  4,
 3    line 31, by replacing "insurance" with "search"; and

 4    on  page  4,  line  33,  before  the period, by inserting the
 5    following:
 6    ", but only if a copy of the results of the title  search  is
 7    provided upon request".
