1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2142
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2142 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Groundwater Protection Act is
5 amended by adding Section 7.5 as follows:

6     (415 ILCS 55/7.5 new)
7     Sec. 7.5. Permit program for high-capacity wells and
8 community water supply systems.".
