AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2222

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2222, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing line 33 with the following: "members, 3 of whom shall be appointed by the Governor, one of whom shall be designated as Chair of the Commission at the time of appointment, 3 by the"; and

on page 3, line 4, by changing "4" to "3"; and

on page 3, line 6, by changing "2007, and 2008" to "and 2007 (with the Chair to serve until 2007)"; and

on page 3, line 10, by changing "2" to "3"; and

on page 3, line 11, by changing "and 2006" to "2006, and 2007".
