2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2247, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 6, immediately after "35 years.", by
5 inserting the following:
6 "The land or property shall be leased by the Department at fair
7 market value unless the land or property is to be used for a
8 public purpose.".
