AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2471

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2471 on page 8, 
3
line 26, by inserting after "felony" the following:
4
"within 10 years of the date on which the person committed the 
5
offense for which the person is being sentenced, excluding time 
6
