1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3000
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3000 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:

4 "(b-5) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (b) of
5 this Section, administrative professional employees employed
6 by the State Board of Education in job titles covered by the
7 Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board's unit
8 clarification (case no. 2000-UC-0008-S) on June 30, 2005 shall
9 be included in the RC-28 bargaining unit, under the
10 jurisdiction of the Governor, shall be subject to all
11 provisions of the collective bargaining agreement of other
12 RC-28 employees, and shall be under the jurisdiction of the
13 Illinois Public Labor Relations Act.".
