1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3148
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3148 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 375/1)  (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 561)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Motor
8 Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.
