2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 9 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 11, by deleting "Department of Public Health"
4 and replacing it with "Department of Human Services Division of
5 Alcoholism and Substance Abuse"; and

6 on page 1, line 12, by deleting "Public Health" and replacing
7 it with "Department of Human Services Division of Alcoholism
8 and Substance Abuse".
