| immediately before Section 99, by inserting the following:

| "Section 96. Upon the payment of the sum of $7,033,333, | | 5 |
| based on the average of 3 certified appraisals, to the | | 6 |
| University of Illinois, the Board of Trustees of the University | | 7 |
| of Illinois is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all | | 8 |
| rights, title, and interest in and to the following described | | 9 |
| land in Cook County, Illinois, to the Chicago Park District:

| Section 97. The Board of Trustees of the University of | | 2 |
| Illinois shall obtain a certified copy of the portions of this | | 3 |
| Act containing the title, enacting clause, Section 96, this | | 4 |
| Section, and Section 99 within 60 days after this Act's | | 5 |
| effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required by | | 6 |
| Section 96 of this Act, shall record the certified document in | | 7 |
| the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois.".
