AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 328

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 328  on page 1, by

replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:

"any penalty, fee, or charge for making rent payments in this 
5
manner that are otherwise considered timely under the lease, 
6
but the landlord may refuse to accept payment by cash when rent 
7
