1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 361
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 361 on page 1,
3 immediately below line 17, by inserting the following:
4     "(c) The Department must adopt rules to administer the
5 provisions of this Section.
6     (d) A business park that meets the Department's
7 certification standards and that was established before the
8 effective date of this amendatory Act may receive certification
9 under the program.".
