    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 640 as follows:

on page 3, line 8, after "coverage", by inserting "for all

covered persons, including, but not limited to, pregnant women, 
5
women of childbearing potential, and children"; and
 
6
on page 3, line 13, after "sexual assault,", by inserting 
7
