AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 996

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 996 on page 1, line 19, after "fire chief", by inserting "who has completed an emergency vehicle operation training course approved by the Office of the State Fire Marshal"; and

on page 1, line 23, by replacing "vehicle;" with "vehicle, and the lights may be visible or activated only when responding to a bona fide emergency;".
