1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1316
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1316 on page 12,
3 line 22, after "offense.", by inserting "Any person convicted
4 of a violation of subdivision (b)(6) of this Section is guilty
5 of a Class A misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $500
6 for a first offense and not less than $1,000 for a second or
7 subsequent offense.".
