1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2509
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2509, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(d) Prior to collateralizing a loan for an approved
7 hospital, the State Treasurer must provide contractually for
8 the hospital to pledge any unencumbered receivables from the
9 State to offset any loss of collateral.".
