AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2693

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2693 on page 1, line 14, immediately after the period, by inserting "As used in this definition, "public facility" means a facility operated by the State or by a unit of local government."; and

on page 9, by deleting lines 6 through 11; and

on page 9, line 12, by replacing "Section 45." with "Section 40.".
