AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2697

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2697 on page 4, by 
3
replacing line 5 with the following:
4
    "violate this Section;
5
        (4) apply to any bank, savings bank, trust company, 
6
    savings and loan association, credit union, licensee under 
7
    the Consumer Installment Loan Act, licensee under the Sales 
8
    Finance Agency Act, or any affiliate, subsidiary, 
9
