2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2946, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 1, line 14 by deleting ":"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
6 "an unspayed or unneutered dog or puppy older than 12 weeks of
7 age."; and

8 by deleting lines 22 through 24 on page 1 and lines 1 and 2 on
9 page 2; and

10 on page 2, line 3, by deleting "dog sterilized.".
