1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4300
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4300 on page 6, by
3 replacing line 29 with the following:
4 "(b) Possession of a drug product containing
5 dextromethorphan in violation of this Section is a Class 4
6 felony. The sale, delivery, distribution, or possession with
7 intent to sell, deliver, or distribute a drug product
8 containing dextromethorphan in violation of this Section is a
9 Class 2 felony."; and

10 on page 6, line 32, by inserting "powder, thin film," after
11 "capsule,".
