| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4322 on page 1, line |

| 11, by deleting ", or any criminal offense"; and

| on page 1, line 18, by replacing "72 hours" with "10 business |
| 5 |
| days"; and
|
| 6 |
| on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following: |

| "(c) The Department of State Police shall provide for entry |
| 8 |
| into the Illinois Citizens and Law Enforcement Analysis and |
| 9 |
| Reporting System (I-CLEAR) of the information required in items |
| 10 |
| (1) through (5) of subsection (a) of this Section and must make |
| 11 |
| the information contained in the Database accessible on the |
| 12 |
| Internet by means of a"; and
|
| 13 |
| on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 10 the |
| 14 |
| following:
|
| 15 |
| "Section 15. Applicability. Until I-CLEAR becomes |
| 16 |
| operational, Domestic Violence Offender data obtained by the |
| 17 |
| Illinois State Police shall be maintained in it's current form |
| 18 |
| in the Criminal History Record Information (CHRI).".
