AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4606 on page 2, by replacing lines 29 through 31 with the following: "discovery of the offense by the victim."; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following: "commenced within 10 years of the commission of the offense if the victim reported the offense to law enforcement authorities within 3 2 years after the commission of the offense.".
