AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4657

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4657 on page 3, by 
3
replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:

        "3. When the Secretary of State is notified by the 
5
    United States Department of Transportation that a vehicle 
6
    is in violation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety 
7
    Regulations, as they are now or hereafter amended, and is 
8
