1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4960
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4960 on page 3, line
3 3, after the period, by inserting the following:

4 "Both the fire protection district from which the territory
5 seeks to be transferred and the fire protection district to
6 which the territory seeks to be transferred are necessary
7 parties in any action to disconnect under this Section.".
