4 1 on page 1, line 4, by inserting after the comma the
5 following:
6 "an employee of a cable television company,"; and

7 on page 1, line 6, by inserting after "a" the following:
8 "cable television company,"; and

9 on page 1, line 18, by inserting after the comma the following:
10 "an employee of a cable television company,"; and

11 on page 1, line 20, by inserting after "a" the following:
12 "cable television company,".
