1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5578
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5578 as follows:

3 on page 10, line 16, by replacing "fails" with "willfully or
4 knowingly fails"; and

5 on page 10, line 20, by replacing "$10,000" with "$5,000"; and

6 on page 11, line 31, after "agent", by inserting ", provided
7 that the switch has been managed in accordance with the
8 Environmental Protection Act and regulations adopted
9 thereunder prior to the transfer"; and

10 on page 12, line 9, by replacing "2018" with "2011".
