AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 119

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 119 on page 2, line 13, by replacing "twenty-three" with "twenty-five"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following: "representing school management; two members who are representatives of a statewide child advocacy organization appointed by the Governor; two members who are representatives of a statewide organization of parents and teachers"; and

on page 3, immediately below line 24, by inserting the following:

"RESOLVED, That all Task Force meetings shall be open to the public; the Task Force may solicit input from non-members of the Task Force and any other sources deemed appropriate by the State Board of Education; and be it further".
