1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 25
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 25, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by inserting below line 24 the following:
5 "(b-5) A person may not operate a neighborhood electric
6 vehicle upon any street, highway, or roadway in this State
7 unless he or she has a valid Illinois driver's license issued
8 in his or her name by the Secretary of State.".
