AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 107

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 107 on page 3, line 30, by inserting after the period the following: "This subsection (e) does not apply to the sale and distribution of any compound, mixture, or preparation containing any detectable quantity of pseudoephedrine, its salts or optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers by a wholesale drug distributor licensed under the Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act."; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 17 through 21; and

on page 4, by replacing line 22 with the following:

"(b) Subsection (a) of this Section does not apply to"; and

on page 4, line 28, by replacing "(d)" with "(c)".
