1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 171
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 171 on page 1, line
3 12, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "The surplus shall be maintained in a separate fund and not
5 commingled with the township general fund. The surplus shall
6 not be derived from any township tax levy.".
